Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once I receive your proof of damage, I’ll review your claim and issue a refund or replacement if approved.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any postal service delays.
